Directors Report
Mr. Shook - Week of Watkins Game he was wondering if band was going to show up, 12-14 people out each day for practice due to illness and interesting injuries this year - proud of the kids, worked very hard the day of the competition - interesting comments from the judges about the Head Chop - made up a lot of ground that day that had previously be lost. Got a little beat up Saturday - directors are hoping for a partly cloudy day because the blacktop is so hot.
Thanks to the competition committee for all the hard work!
Really liked the pizza kits.
Group seems to be pulling together and working well - drama to the directors is minimal this year.

Those in attendance listened to the General Effects judges tape from the Pickerington band competition.
Ms. Costa - In choir world - very well.
Christmas season is coming. The Advanced choir goes out to perform - looking for new places to go - can perform for Office Christmas Parties, Nursing home/care centers, etc Please email Debbie if you or someone you know is interested. Parents of the Advanced Choir members will get times and dates as they come in.

For next year need to have a chair and /or co-chair and a uniform committee

We have a design for the shirts - rough - Mr. Shook has contacted someone -working on having them soon. Pictures on the front and dates on the back - within the next week or so information will be coming home.
