    • FLOWER SALE – Vicki Seeright
      • Rachel Ballard felt the sale went really well
      • It was much bigger this year

    • Had 21 tubs of ice cream – used all but 4 tubs

    • Students enjoyed it more this year
    • Mr. Shook’s goal is to enjoy it himself & not feel so stressed
    • Ice Cream Social is always the Sunday after Mother’s Day
    • May want to consider having multiple chair persons next year to handle food, set up and tear down, etc.

  • Competition at Licking Heights next year – Tom Shook
    • Randy Young asked if there will be a competition at LH next year – the answer is no
    • No new competitions are being scheduled partly because a couple of schools are scheduled to have competitions and don’t have competition bands
    • Don’t know if or when we will be able to host our own competition
    • It will alleviate other fund raisers to host our own competition
    • There is also risk involved due to weather, but can make a large profit
